This page was created to provide information and training to those amateur radio operators world wide and shortwave listeners who use the Tigertronics Signalink Box with their computers to decode, send and receive and print digital messages such as ARRL Radiograms, ICS and HICS forms, using vihf/uhf and hf frequencies. Training topics will be addressed as necessary and on a weekly schedule.
