Each year, we’re honored to welcome a student from B.E. Smith Family Center Britain Development to help kick off tournament week during our Opening Ceremony and participate in the ceremonial First Tee-Off, officially starting the AdventHealth Championship.
Their excitement and enthusiasm make this moment even more special for everyone in attendance.

Britain Development, an outreach program of AdventHealth Shawnee Mission, has been serving children with special needs and their families for more than 50 years through individualized therapeutic and educational support.

In honor of National Disability Month, we’re proud to celebrate this special partnership and the students who remind us what the AdventHealth Championship is all about—bringing our community together and creating meaningful moments both on and off the course. We can’t wait to continue this tradition this August. ⛳
