It was a bittersweet moment : I locked these doors for the last time as Hard Bodies Personal Training tonight. THANK YOU for 17 years of support. Unfortunately, our building has been sold so we will be relocating. Yes...this has been a whirlwind of a year! Stay tuned for details on our new location, programs and hours. PEACE!
