We have been granted the opportunity to participate in Avila University’s Day of Giving on September 9th. As you can see we are looking to significantly update our weight room facility equipment for the first time in 25 years. We have taken significant steps in improve our plates, dumbbells, mats, bars, and plyo boxes in the recent past to Rogue brand equipment. We have also used resources to improve our scientific technology with the implementation of velocity based equipment, laser gate timing systems, and dual force plates for assessment. This is the last major touch and you can help. Your contribution will impact +450 athletes 2-3 times every week in a semester which is one of the largest impacts you can achieve. We graduate approximately 100 athletes a year and if each of our former alumnus over the last 11 years could contribute only $50 we could reach our goal of twelve new racks and benches that will be used for the next decade.
