MX Pipe Repair and Vapor Blasting

2006 CR 250 parts. They were pretty clean to start with but still was able to get a great shine in them. First two pics are before.

Hey everyone. I wanted to let everyone know that I am getting back into v***r blasting again. I started a new job that will keep me home more often now and I’ll finally have time to start blasting again. I’ve even considered pipe repair again.

Chemically stripped some blue anodizing off of some fuel rails and fittings today. Then I finished them off with a v***r blast.

Tried some powder coating this weekend. I guess I didn’t take a before photo but it’s the red tube in the engine picture.

Blasted a few more 04 CR125 parts this morning.

This is a 2004 CR125 engine I just got done with. Came out super nice!

Blasted a head cause a machine shop accidentally left it in the ultra sonic cleaner too long when the customer took it in to get some work done to it.

A few BMW parts I forgot to post last week. All came out super nice!

Here is a customer bike that’s I blasted alot of parts on. Came out super nice! Such a sweet build! I don’t get to see alot of my parts that I clean installed on a final product.

This is a bronze water pump from a 1926 Kermeth. It’s a 700 C.I. 6 cylinder boat engine. Definitely one of the coolest things I have blasted.
