We wonāt be remembered for how much we weight, how flat our tummies are, how fast we can run the mile.
Weāll be remembered for who we are. How we treat others. The words that we speak. The encouragement we offer. The love that we give.
So hereās a reminder for your Tuesday. Health & fitness goals can be great. Improving your weight or your looks can be a good goal. But thatās certainly not the most important thing in life.
Be present. Tell your friends & family what you love about them. Be there for people. Be kind. Workout. Eat good when you can. Drink your water. Prioritize protein. Eat fruits & veggies.

Sometimes when I stop to really think about it, I realize that I now have all of the things I once prayed for. Iām thankful every day but thanksgiving is an extra reminder.
My husband, my home, my jobā¦.thankful for it all.

Hereās what you should do tomorrowā¦
Act like Thanksgiving is just like any other day.
Yes, itās a holiday, youāre spending more time with family, there are different foods around than normal, and you should be able to enjoy yourself!
But it is in reality just another day. You donāt have to stuff yourself to the point of being uncomfortable. You can enjoy foods you like JUST LIKE ANY OTHER DAY. Workout if you want to, take a rest day if you want to. Prioritize the things you always prioritize: protein, fruits, veggies, water.
Take a break from tracking your food, but continue to be mindful of how youāre feeling your body.
Give yourself grace if you āmess upā as you should do any day you āmess upā!
Do your best. Enjoy your day. Remember to be grateful ā¤ļø

I *PROMISE*
Iām going to start my diet on Monday
Iām going to lose 25 lbs ASAP
Iām going to wake up every day at 5am
Iām not going to eat sugar again
And so on and so on.
We make all of these big ambitious promises to ourselves BUT we rarely follow through all the way.
Why is this? Why are we so sure that we want something, but not willing to put in the work?
Why donāt we keep promises to ourselves?
This is a loaded question!!
Usually we know where we want to go & we know some or most of the steps we need to take to get thereā¦
So what the heck?! Why donāt we just do them alreadyā¦
Itās because we see the bigger picture ONLY. But you have to focus on the ālittler pictureā too. What can you do TODAY? What are the bite size things that will set you up for success??
Donāt fall into that all or nothing mentality where you have to do every single thing perfectly or else.
Drink your water. Eat your protein. Eat your fruits & veggies. Go for a walk. Lift some weights. Throw away your scale if you donāt have a good relationship with it.
STOP BREAKING PROMISES TO YOURSELF and START with a plan. A map to get you to where you want to go.

1-1 Coaching with me has a minimum commitment of 4 months/16 weeks!
This is not because I want to lock you into a contract or make more money off of youā¦this is also not because 16 weeks is some magical amount of time where you will reach all the goals youāve ever had!
My 1-1 coaching program is designed for a MINIMUM of 4 months.
This is not a mistake. This by DESIGN.
Fat loss, building muscle, learning to lift weights, building healthy habitsā¦
Nothing about those things is QUICK.
In fact, those things take TIME. Approaching them in a sustainable way is a steady, challenging, and rewarding process but sometimes it feels slow & tedious. Youāll need accountability (from me!!), discipline, and TIME.
16 weeks is a solid amount of time to stay steady & committed. It is a solid amount of time to see some true results & transformations. Almost every single one of my clients has chosen to continue after their first 16 weeks in one way or another - thatās just how good I am šš Just kidding but seriouslyā¦
You have to have the long haul mentality. Youāll have to learn, make lifestyle changes, and adapt to your new habits. I wonāt let you throw in the towel because you didnāt lose any weight on your first week of trying to.
Anything worth having is worth working for, friends!
