Kansas City Jr. Blues Rugby Club is a high school rugby club established in 1992 in Kansas City. The Kansas City Jr. The Jr.
Blues Rugby Club was founded in 1992 and has developed into one of the premier high school rugby programs throughout the country. Blues have two teams and welcome players from all high schools throughout the Kansas City metro area. Their goal is to teach high school kids the values of hard work, discipline, sportsmanship, and team work through the sport of rugby.

Final regular season match vs Kingfisher did not reflect the effort of the boys in the pitch, but they had our number that day and we took the loss. 2 weeks later the boys bounced back after a well deserved bye week and took down the Jr Barbos in the KS league semifinal.
Next up we get a rematch of week 3 and face the Kingfishers in the KS State Championship. 1:00PM at Westwick Rugby Complex.

Jr Blues host visiting Denver East on Sunday in a hard fought contest in very wet and muddy conditions taking the loss 0-21. Despite conditions it was a great day of rugby for all as Denver brought 3 sides allowing some of our younger 6th, 7th, and 8th grade players to get game time (Scroll to next pic to see the baby Blues after match pic)!
