We have the last session of the summer on Sunday at 930 AM. Please bring your workout clothes and water for off-ice.

Reminder: We have two sessions this weekend, one on Saturday AND Sunday, and both will be at 930 AM and will still have off-ice so bring workout clothes and water for both days.

We have another session tomorrow at 930 AM. Make sure to bring workout clothes for off-ice after.

Thank you to all who have come to our goalie clinic so far this summer, it's been a fun time teaching and learning new things from our goalies. Just a reminder, we do not have a session this week. Our schedule for July will be a little different. We don't have a session this week, next week we have a session on Saturday, the 14th, the next week, we will have 2 sessions, the 21st and 22nd, and the last week, we have a session on Sunday, the 29th. Can't wait to see you all there.

We've got another clinic tomorrow starting at 930 AM on ice and off ice right after. This week will be about post play and behind the net. Please bring workout clothes and water for off-ice.

We might need a couple more shooters for the session this Saturday, please message this page if you or know someone that can come help shoot on our goalies.

Reminder: We have another session coming up tomorrow and this week's focus will be game situations(odd man rushes, broken plays, etc.). We will be monitoring the weather for dryland and still plan on having it, so please bring your workout clothes and water.

Reminder: We've got another coming up here on Saturday at 9:30 AM. This practice's theme will be mostly about recovery. We'll start off with on-ice and off-ice after. Please bring workout clothes and water for off-ice as it will most likely be hot outside.

Reminder: The first session will be tomorrow at 930 AM. Please be there at least 20 minutes before to sign in, pay, and get dressed. When you come in, please sign in at the front desk and you will pay me, Drake Unger, as well. The session is on-ice first, followed by off-ice 10 minutes after, so please bring workout clothes and shoes, and water to stay hydrated. I'll see you all tomorrow.

We have a couple days until the first session and the main focus of this week will be skating and basic techniques. Update: We have two weeks until the first session and the price still stands at $20 for the clinic and includes both on and off ice session. We are still in need of shooters for the clinic so if you know of anyone that can shoot accurately and wants free ice time to shoot, please send them our way.
