I've had so many messages from the original Knockouts, and I can't wait to see you all! I also can't wait to welcome our new Knockouts into the group! We're going to have so much fun!

The P&C reboot begins this Friday, Oct. 4th, at the KCK PAL!

Punches & Crunches is a boxing based fitness program that incorporates proper boxing techinques paired with body weight exercises! It is a full body workout, but no worries if you have challenges. We will modify any exercise to fit your needs!

The cost for a month of classes is a $25 donation to the KCK PAL. With your donation, you not only get a month of fun workouts, you will also sponsor kids in the community the ability to attend many of the programs that the PAL offers! It's a win/win!

IT'S OFFICIALLY PUNCHES & CRUNCHES WEEK!!!!

I'm so excited to bring this class back, welcome some warm familiar faces, and welcome brand new members!

Punches & Crunches is a boxing based, body weight workout! It's one of the best full body workouts you can do, and bonus...we have so much fun getting in a workout one punch at a time! All exercises can be modified for beginners or special challenges, so no worries! This is a no contact class.

We will begin this Friday evening, 10/4/24, at 5:30pm. All equipment, including boxing gloves, will be available at the KCK PAL!

Registration is easy and one of my favorite reasons to bring this class back. The class fee is a $25 donation to the KCK PAL. Not all heroes wear capes...some wear boxing gloves!

What is Punches & Crunches?

A boxing based fitness program that incorporates proper boxing techniques with body weight fitness. There is no better full body workout than boxing and conditioning. This class is strictly a NO CONTACT class. All exercises can be modified to accomadate every level of experience; beginners to advanced.

Coach Missy Fitzwater developed this class with the emphasis on serious, attainable fitness goals, but tempered with an energetic and fun approach.

Missy is a 6x KC Golden Gloves Champion, the media and marketing director for the KC Golden Gloves, an athlete rep for KC Golden Gloves, National Golden Gloves, USA Boxing, the MO Valley LBC, and has been consistently ranked by USA Boxing in the last ten years. She is very active in boxing at every level: boxer, Level II Official, coach, and Judicial Committee member at USA Boxing. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.

Gloves are available at the PAL for Punches & Crunches members.

This Sat. night at Memorial Hall, KCK, the Lineage of Greatness II fights brings Roberto Duran Jr. to town!

It was one of those fights…you know the one’s I’m talking about! The one’s that are so much fun! The one’s that make all the hours of training, the cutting weight, traveling…all worth it! And to get in the ring with Neida Ibarra who o have so much respect for as a boxer and a person made it even better! Congratulations to her on her win and female fighter of the night award!

Do you remember that night-before-Christmas-can’t-sleep-because-your-so-excited feeling? That was me last night, couldn’t sleep a wink because I’m so excited to be coaching kids again! Starting today at KCK PAL! Boxing is my religion and coaching is my heart and soul!
