It consists of an 8-week triathlon clinic with open-water, cycling, running, nutrition, and transition practice!! You will be guided by USAT Certified Coach(es) and seasoned triathlon volunteers!!! Formerly, Tri 101 and 102/KC Women Tri, we are dedicated to keeping this triathlon clinic alive!! It has been around since 1999!!! This video is from 2014 I believe [pixeled but still works]. At that point, it was targeted to only women but we have since, per many requests, to all genders!!
