The Necco Raiders, based in KC Northland of Missouri area, is a youth football and cheerleading org! Necco Coffee has sponsored the Raiders teams since 1985.

Hundreds of first through eighth grade students in the Kansas City Metro area learned the game of football from coaches of their Necco Raiders football team. The Raiders play in the North Suburban Youth Football League (NSYFL) and currently consist of six teams: First and Second Graders (Flag), Third and Fourth Graders (tackle); Fifth and Sixth Graders (tackle); and Seventh and Eight Graders (tackle). The Raider uniform includes a #73 tribute patch to honor Tommy Simone. Tommy played for the Raiders. He was tought the same life skills that our coaches are still teaching today. Tommy played and practiced on the same field our players play on today. He ran the same hill our players run today. Tommy was a Raider for life just as our players today. For these reasons every young man that plays for the Necco Raiders not only wears #73 On their sleeve but also has the #73 in their heart.

GAME DAY 🏈 RAIDERS

☠️ Raider of the Week 🏈 Kasen Conneran #11 ☠️

This week’s player is sponsored by:
Martin Bros. Distributing our White Sponsor of the Week

This week, we're recognizing a young Raider who exemplifies what it means to be a leader both on and off the field!
“Kasen consistently leads by example. He shows up to every practice ready to work, listen to his coaches, gives 100% effort, and does whatever is asked of him. His positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to help his teammates makes everyone around him better.
This past weekend, in a hard-fought shootout against the Wolverines, he stepped up when his team needed him most. His effort, determination, and leadership played a huge role in a closely contested game.
What makes Kasen special isn't just his ability on the football field. It's the leadership and maturity he’s already demonstrating as a second grader. The way he elevates his teammates, and puts the team first represents everything we want our Raiders program to stand for.”

Congratulations Kasen! Keep showing others what it means to be a RAIDER! 🏴‍☠️

☠️ Raider of the Week 🏈 Ty Maglich #34☠️

This week’s player is sponsored by:
Glad Rents Inc. our Platnium Sponsor of the Week
We want to send a huge thank you to them for providing such and amazing experience during our Wingman Event and Home Games!

Ty attends Northland Christian and is a 3rd year Raider-
He was voted Raider of the Week by his coaches, here’s what they had to say about him-

“Besides being our leading tackler, leading in takeaways, and TDs; Ty is our lead by example leader.
He’s always ready to step into a needed position. He never wants to come off the field.
He wants the best for team before anything else.
Ty is the kid that you want your program to be built around plus he always brings others up to his level.”

Congratulations Ty! Keep showing others what it means to be a RAIDER! 🏴‍☠️

☠️ IT’S GAME DAY RAIDERS!

Our teams are pretty spread out today so let’s take over the city and dominate those fields! 🏈

☠️ Raider of the Week 🏈 Peyton Marah #1 ☠️

This week’s player is sponsored by:
Margarita's North - our Silver Sponsor of the Week

Peyton was voted Raider of the Week by her coaches, here’s what they had to say about her-

“In just her first year playing football, Peyton has already shown what kind of athlete and teammate she is. She’s a silent leader who lets her actions do the talking. She works her butt off every practice, gives 100% effort, and does everything her coaches ask of her.

Peyton scored her first receiving touchdown in the opening game of the Simone Tournament and continued making an impact throughout the weekend with several big tackles and strong runs.

For a first-year football player, her toughness, work ethic, and willingness to learn have been awesome to watch. She earns everything she gets through effort and hard work and she always brings a smile that can change a persons day.”

Congratulations Peyton! Keep showing others what it means to be a RAIDER! 🏴‍☠️
