Happy Father’s Day! We’ve started our summer strong with two weeks full of weight room and agility work. This attendance is IMPORTANT as we prepare to begin summer 7 on 7s at Harmon high school this Friday. We are live Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5PM for workouts and 7s are at 5:15PM Friday. Let’s have a good week!
