There is a reason we coach a certain way and how we believe we coach for the tomorrow and not for the today.
Teaching kids and coaching them are two different things. Secondly being hard on them now makes later seem easier. The mental game is what we want our athletes to be able to handle. It’s hard when things don’t go in your favor. Gotta handle the hard.
