Every Thursday ALL are invited to my FREE online stretch session. We listen to old school Americana music (hence Hee Haw Yoga) and loosen our clenched muscles. It’s an all ages and fitness levels opportunity to oil up the joints and lengthened those muscles.
You will need the following items - A chair, towel/rope/band, tennis ball (or something to roll your feet on).
