My name is Christy and I love yoga and meditation! It's been a part of my life for more than 25 years, it keeps me focused in my life, allows my heart and soul to remain calm and open to all of life's beauty. When I began to explore meditation more deeply, I realized I wanted it to be a real part of my everyday practice. Malas are a lovely addition to any meditation practice as they assist with focus and clarity. I soon began making my own Mala.
