A swimmer is in the Top 5 if they posted one of the five best performances in at least one individual event following these criteria:

2025 Competition year (Sept 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026
USA Swimming Age Groups (10 & Under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18)
Short Course Yards and Long Course Met Ers
