Taco Tuesday, Ozarks style: There are few things better than finding a taco stand on the side of a river in the middle of nowhere just as you're looking for a lunch break! We're looking forward to more tacos and good times on our Niangua River Friday float later this month!

It was a beautiful night for a leisurely paddle and chat with stops to pull fishing lures and lines out of trees. Perfect weather! Its always cool to see a nice variety of kayaks, paddleboards and a canoe on the water, too.

Next up: Tuesday 6:30pm 5K Fitness Paddle at Lake Jacomo.

1) Monday Night Leisure Paddle (Paddle KC members only)
Kick off the month of June with a relaxed evening paddle for kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes. This week we’re heading to the Johnson County, KS, side of the Kansas City area.

2) Tuesday 5K Fitness Paddle (public event)
Want a stronger workout paddle? Join us Tuesday at 6:30 pm at the Lake Jacomo Non-Motorized Boat Launch on the Jackson County, MO, side of the metro. Bring your boat or board, and your “let’s go” workout energy. Whether you're preparing for the race, or just up for good exercise, this is a great option.

Whether you paddle for fun, fitness, fresh air, or friends, we’d love to see you on the water this week! Thank you to all who show up to share all these great experiences.
