I’m so excited about the new journey teaching kids yoga at American Renaissance Academy! Nothing brings me more joy than being with littles (and not so Little’s) who are uninhibited and without judgement. We can all learn a lot from the kids around us!

My very own unique brand of kids yoga classes. I teach outside under the tree's, in my home, with home school groups, In schools, Pre schools, Day cares through Oahu. I've taught pre school for years before becoming a mother. Now as a 200 hour certified yoga instructor, this is a natural progression.
