🎉It was a GREAT Monday at as we kicked off our Winter Prodigy program for our Katy area teenagers. 🎉

These 11-17 year olds are choosing to stay active this winter break and preparing to head into the 2023 new year strong by completing a series of functional everyday movements in a supportive environment through our Prodigy program.💪🏼

Through this 2 week program, these students have a desire to live a healthy & active lifestyle and are taking advantage of the opportunity to discover their true potential within the F45 fitness environment.❤️💙
