Weighted Glute Bridge 🍑💪🏽

This movement targets:
• Glutes for strength and shape
• Hamstrings for support
• Core for stability and pelvic control

Notice the position knees stacked, hips lifting without overextending the lower back. That’s how you protect the spine and actually load the glutes the right way.
