An exceptional weekend dedicated to leadership, heritage, and the pursuit of martial arts excellence. 🥋 It was a true honor to gather with fellow World Class Masters from across the nation, reconnecting and elevating our standard of instruction under the guidance of Grand Master Sun Ki Chong. Rooted in the foundation Grand Master Chong established in Buffalo, NY, and carried forward through Master Woo Sup Kim to Master Park, Master Yun, and Master Cho, our lineage now proudly extends across more than 35 schools nationwide. This weekend was a powerful reminder that excellence is never a destination, but a continuous pursuit. Beyond advanced technical training, we focused on the values, mentorship, and mindset it takes to lead the next generation of martial artists. We return to our dojang with renewed purpose, ready to bring this standard of excellence to our students and families. Thank you to the entire World Class family for an unforgettable and inspiring weekend. 🙏

🇰🇷 WUTA TAEKWONDO KOREA TRIP 2026 — WHAT AN INCREDIBLE JOURNEY! 🥋✨

From the moment we landed, Korea gave us memories that will last a lifetime!

We walked through Taekwondowon — the birthplace and spiritual home of Taekwondo — and learned the history that built our art.

We explored the Taekwondo Museum and saw the incredible history and legacy behind the sport we love.

We witnessed jaw-dropping demonstrations from Yongin University — Korea‘s #1 Taekwondo university — and the National Demonstration Team at Kukkiwon.

We explored iconic destinations across Korea — from Jeju Island to Busan to Seoul — soaking in the culture, scenery, and spirit of this incredible country

This wasn’t just a trip. It was a once-in-a-lifetime immersion into the heart and soul of Taekwondo — and the beauty of Korea itself. 🇰🇷❤️

1st Dan Black Belt Testing — July 2026 🖤

Yesterday, our students stood on that mat for their 1st Dan Black Belt testing.

Let‘s be honest — the road to black belt is never easy. So many people start out as white belts, full of excitement, but somewhere along the way, they quit. It gets hard. Life gets busy. Motivation fades. A black belt is never just handed to you — it’s earned through months and years of sweat, falling down, and getting back up again, week after week.

But our students didn‘t quit.

Every time they fell, they got back up. Every time it got hard, they kept showing up. Every time doubt crept in — ”can I really do this?“ — they walked back onto that mat anyway. All of those small moments added up to yesterday, and you walked through that door with pride.

I couldn’t be prouder of each and every one of you. Every drop of sweat, every ounce of patience, every moment you refused to give up — it‘s all woven into that black belt around your waist now.

You earned this. Not given. Earned.

So proud of every one of you. This is only the beginning. 🖤🥋

Our bi-annual Junior & Senior Leadership Team Training just wrapped — and the energy in that room was everything.

These young leaders didn’t just train together. They connected, challenged each other, and chose to grow — as individuals and as a team.

Taekwondo has always been about more than kicking and punching. It’s about building people who show up, lead with heart, and make everyone around them stronger.

This is why we invest in these trainings. The leaders we develop here are the ones who will deliver exceptional service, inspire every student who walks through our doors, and carry the true spirit of Taekwondo into our communities.

We don’t just teach martial arts. We build leaders — and together, these leaders will shape the future of WUTA.
