What an honor! 🥋💜
Today, WUTA Taekwondo was invited to Lamar CISD’s 4th Annual Promise to Parents Brunch at the beautiful new Career & Technical Education Center, and we are so grateful to have been in the room.
One message from Superintendent Dr. Roosevelt Nivens, the 2026 National Superintendent of the Year, truly stayed with us: ”Growth isn‘t only about more buildings. It’s also about expanding opportunity.“ And his call to the whole community was simple and powerful: ALL IN, with NO FEAR.
That is exactly what we believe at WUTA. WUTA has proudly supported Lamar CISD elementary schools with more than $16,000 so far, and we are thrilled to be invited to extend our sponsorship and support across the district. Every dollar and every event is about one thing: creating more opportunities for our kids to grow, shine, and lead.
On the mat, we teach our students not to fear failure. We step up, try again, and grow stronger together. That‘s how confident kids become leaders with great character, showing respect at home, courage at school, and kindness in their community.
Together, we are building a better community and a better world.
Thank you, Dr. Nivens and Lamar CISD, for leading the way. We‘re ALL IN. No fear. 🙌
