It’s important flyers understand—this is NOT your identity. No one is just a “flyer.” You are what the coach in front of you needs you to be.
The athletes who succeed are the ones who can transition, adapt, and step into any role—because that’s what makes a team stronger 💪
If you want a shot at flying, you better be putting in consistent work… because there’s always someone else grinding for that same spot.

Over 50 hours in the gym, working with some incredible athletes - and I’ve loved every second of it.
With so much talent in this area, it’s never easy. Some amazing cheerleaders didn’t make the teams they were aiming for, but everyone who walked in leveled up… that’s what this journey is all about 💪🔥
