Our on Fiddler, whose been coming around since he was 16, finally hit his 18th Birthday a few weeks ago. To celebrate, he got on the Q sheet to lead men old enough to be his Dad!😀 Congratulations to Fiddler on his successful VQ!! You did well!!

Another incredible weekend for the men of F3 - The Spillway at the 4th Annual Coastal Plains Relay!
The Spillway fielded 3 teams (2 Running and 1 Rucking), completing the 77-mile journey from Richmond to Surfside. Even more impressive, F3 Nation North Katy showed up in force with 8 teams (6 Running / 2 Rucking)! F3 Helios F3 - The Beacon Cornerstone The Edge
👏 Congratulations to all 85 teams that embraced the heat, pushed through the miles, and crossed the finish line 🔥🔥
Events like this remind us that it's about so much more than the miles. It's about brotherhood, grit, encouragement, and the fellowship that makes F3 so special.
Already looking forward to running it back next year!

It’s our final 2 week push to help Katy Christian Ministries and help restock their pantry! Drop off any non-perishable goods in Elyson Community either at Lakeside Landing or Elyson House! Can also drop off at F3 - The Spillway Monday-Friday 5:15-6am and Saturdays 6am-7am. Let’s give back men!!

It’s that time again for our F3 Spillway Food Drive! We would love any and all donations as we help stock the pantries of KCM. We know summer time sees an increase of those in need as many kids are out on summer break. Let’s do our part to help those in need in the community.
