✌️Post-Partum Reverse Dieting Transformation✌️
This amazing new Mama reached out to me shortly after giving birth to set her up for a healthy, balanced and fit lifestyle! Being a new Mom, we had to be super realistic about the tasks and goals we set for her week to week knowing that her entire life had now changed taking care of her little one!
We decided to utilize food photos instead of traditional macro tracking as this would be more time efficient for her and easy to manage! We were still able to work her through the reverse diet without ever talking about a specific calorie level but rather assessing her food visually and how it impacted her body and progressed her that way.
The first 6 months of her journey all her workouts were done at home with minimal equipment. We used tempo work and a targeting strength training program to stimulate strength and muscle growth even without a full gym!
Needless to say, her CONSISTENCY was really what drove this all home! Despite being busy and taking care of her family, she never wavered from pouring into herself. 6mo into her journey she is looking and feeling amazing and has been able to live her life to the fullest while seeing awesome results.

You're basically WONDER WOMAN 🌟 How come you feel so out of control, then?
The alarm buzzes. Check your email. Get the kids up. Make Breakfast. Drop the kids off. Grab a call from the car. Scarf down some coffee. How is it already 3p? Pick up the kids. And so on. And so on. And so on.
You're basically running on autopilot because there's no time to stop and think. It's just DO DO DO. Keep pushing. Keep doing more. You have to take care of everyone.
But wait... who is taking care of YOU.
You can only run the rat race for so long before you burn out. Maybe it looks like being down for the count with a cold. Feeling super anxious all the time and not being able to sleep. Just feeling DONE.
After working 2, even sometimes 3 jobs my entire life and being a pretty self sufficient human, I am no stranger to burnout. It's something I still struggle with but I can say I've become a lot more aware of WHEN I'm reaching the burnout brink and have a lot more tools to get me back to reality quicker. I'd love to support you in finding more balance in your life so you can workout, eat healthier and just feel less stressed. You're out here doing everything for everyone else and you DESERVE to be doing something for yourself babe. YOU DESERVE IT.

I'm a sucker for education 🤓
The funny thing is I actually hated school. In college I ended up as a Graphic Design major which pretty much got me out of a lot of writing papers and reading.
When I really started exploring my own fitness journey is when I realized I LOVED learning. It started with exploring different group fitness classes which led me to being so curious about all the ways we can optimize our health and just live our best lives. You guys can take a guess on where that landed me today 😉
Now as an Online Coach, I educate myself so I can better support my community. Whether it's new training techniques, scientific research on how foods impact our body or the latest mindset exercise -- I just want to absorb it ALL.
This week I'm celebrating earning two new certifications that have been such a blast to dig into.
By the end of this year I'll have two more certifications under my belt.
When we learn, we grow. When we learn, we are unstoppable. Stay curious my friends.

I literally hate salads 😩
Not veggies. I actually like my veggies, but salads just don't do it for me.
It’s been years since I’ve ordered one as my main meal, but for a longgggggg time I thought it was the only “healthy” option and that as a female, it was what I was “supposed” to order.
Now that I’ve experienced the benefits of actually eating enough to support my body (and da b***y gains) I can confidently order up the burger and fries without a second thought.
I know you’ve got goals babe. You want to feel confident in your body, feel amazing in your clothes and have the energy to keep crushing your badass life. You can do this WITHOUT SALADS. Unless salads are your jam and that's cool too.
I can guarantee this because not only have I done it myself but I’ve helped many other women do it too.
