Ok yall, so workouts go out this Sunday for lower body growth and sculpt! This includes 16 workouts. 2 leg days a week and 2 upper body days. Primary focus are glutes and legs.. This will help get you started in the right direction and critical exercises for future use. I won't offer it again until October. But by then, you could already be closer to your goals.
