Today’s Fitness Tip: Incorporate Squats into Your Routine

Squats are a fundamental exercise that offers numerous health benefits, such as reducing the risk of injury, strengthening the core, burning calories, and boosting the strength and flexibility of the lower body. 

Benefits of Squats:
• Core Strengthening: Engage and strengthen your core muscles.
• Calorie Burning: Aid in burning calories, contributing to weight management.
• Lower Body Strength: Enhance the strength and flexibility of your lower body.
• Injury Prevention: Reduce the risk of injury by improving balance and functional movements.

Tips for Proper Form:
• Keep your back straight and chest up.
• Lower your body by bending your knees, keeping them behind your toes.
• Ensure your weight is on your heels, not your toes.
• Keep your knees aligned with your feet.
• Engage your core throughout the movement.

Remember to start with body-weight squats and gradually incorporate variations as you build strength and confidence.
