We had an awesome time celebrating George’s 300th workout in the 5:30 session last night 👏 This was a huge milestone for George. He’s been a supporter of CFC almost from the beginning. We appreciate his dedication and willingness to embrace our gym culture. Cheers to another 300!

Bella has been committed to her gym schedule for the last six weeks. Her actions have inspired her family and on Friday, her mom joined her for a training session. Now Bella and her mom, Meredith, can work towards their goals together. Welcome to the Fan Base, Meredith!

Tina has been working hard to build strength for the last two months. She’s embraced our C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N. Code, in particular our core belief to Conquer Mediocrity. Tina has been an endurance athlete for years and competed in running, biking, and swimming events multiple times. When she arrived to meet us for the first time she was very clear about wanting to build muscle and strength as a means to enhance her ability to compete. If you’ve met her, you’ve already seen how much she pushes herself and is constantly seeking more knowledge on how to accelerate her progress.

Great work Tina!!! Keep it up girl!!! You’ve been such a great addition to the CFC Fanbase and we’re grateful for your example and the work you put in.

Even though she didn’t smile for the camera, if you workout at 5:30 or 6:30 pm, or on Saturday mornings, chances are you know Gabriela Alejandra Alvarez!! Gaby puts in the work and has been doing a tremendous job to Inspire Respect (CFC Core Value) in others both inside and outside the gym.

Champion Fitness Center was recently voted #1 Best Fitness Facility in the Best of Katy 2026 area chamber voting. Our Fans, friends and families are to be thanked for their daily voting efforts and willingness to share CFC via social media and word of mouth. CFC Fans recently surprised us with a celebration party after a Saturday workout! Confetti and cake with heartfelt messages made it an incredibly touching morning. We love our gym community! We can’t do what we do without amazing people by our side 💜
