Mental Resistance Training

People say, “It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish.”
There’s truth in that but what if you start strong and finish strong? That puts you miles ahead of the pack.
Today is Monday, December 1st, and we’ve got an opportunity right in front of us to start the month with intention, to show up, and to put in the work. We also have the chance to close out 2025 on a high note and walk into 2026 with momentum, discipline, and confidence already built.

From my own experience working out and coaching I’ve seen how much strength training changes everything. When I started, I thought it was just about building muscle. Over time I realized it gave me more energy, improved my mood, helped me handle stress, and even made me feel younger.
I’ve watched the same thing happen with the people I coach. Men and women who struggled with low energy or felt like they lost their edge start moving differently, thinking differently, living differently. It’s not just about the gym. It’s about quality of life.
For me training has been the answer to feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident. Every time I step in the gym it’s a reminder that the best investment I can make is in myself.
