Martial Arts training has given me something more valuable now that I'm in my late sixties. K*k Sa Nim (Grandmaster) asked, "What do you want, a million dollars or a million dollar body?" Thank you K*k Sa Nim for inspiring us to keep training.

Getting ready for Goong Sool training for the students so I just had to test one from 20 yards away with the 25lb Korean bows. I just though okay, I made it in the yellow that is good. I've been waiting for the fall and cooler weather for us to practice.

It has been 9 years ago that we were testing for 5th degree. Now we are testing for 6th.

I am honored to teach a class of kids how to fall safely. It was also a joy to see their smiling faces as they had fun and learned a lifelong skill.
