The first ten minutes of the day tell you a lot. If you wake up stiff, shuffle to the coffee, and don't feel like yourself until the shower — that's not just "getting older." That's a body that spent eight hours in one position and doesn't have the range to move out of it easily.
Morning stiffness usually points to the hips and the mid-back. When those don't rotate and extend well, the low back does the first ten minutes of work by itself, and it lets you know. The bed isn't the problem. The mattress isn't the problem. The problem is what the body brings to the bed.
Our 3DMAPS movement assessment looks at exactly those ranges — in all three planes — and shows us which one went quiet. We train that one. Most people notice the mornings first.
