Thrive Yoga and Mental Wellness offers somatic vinyasa yoga classes designed for multiple skill levels, from beginner to intermediate. Classes focus on connecting the mind and body to support both mental and physical well-being. Through intentional breathwork and mindful movement, you’ll learn techniques to help regulate your nervous system while moving through yoga poses designed to build strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility.  Weekly classes held Thursday mornings at 9:30 am starting Oct. 1st in Studio B at Illume Dance Company in Kaysville. Fine arts productions are known to be competitive and exclusive. Here are DPAC, we cast anyone who auditions from kindergarten through 18 years old regardless of experience or financial situation. We always keep participation costs as low as possible and have scholarship opportunities available as well. What started as a performance has become a tradition our community has come to love, anticipate, and look forward to every year — and we can’t wait to share this one with you!

Featuring talented dancers from throughout our community, this magical production is an experience for all ages and the whole family. Set beneath the open sky at our beautiful outdoor amphitheater, NARNIA will be an evening filled with storytelling, dance, adventure, and a little bit of magic. ✨
