Back from a Mother’s Day timeout…Fury Gold returns to the dirt in Lincoln this weekend.

Hitting the dirt in Papillion this weekend in the USSSA Ks for Cancer tournament.

Tough start in pool play, but this group flipped the switch in bracket play with a 17-3 win last night 🔥 The bats came alive with 15 team hits and contributions all the way through the lineup.

Attitude/Effort Awards:
🏆 Kady Jensen — complete game in the circle: 3 runs, 5 hits, 5 Ks, 0 walks
🏆 Kaitlyn Bradley — 2-3, 6 RBIs, and TWO 💣 (including a grand slam!)

Wrapped it up with some team time at Spaghetti Works 🍝

Yesterday these girls hit the dirt for the first time this season, taking on three very solid Nebraska Gold teams in some great competition within our organization.

A lot of good things happened—and a lot to build on. Even with four players out enjoying prom, this group showed up ready to work, compete, and have fun.

The goal is simple: be better next week than we were this week.
