#1) TracPacker is the only pivot track filler on the market that uses the weight of the tractor on the rubber tractor tires to effect compaction of the soil into the filled pivot track. The earthen construction industry standard for moving soil and retaining it where it is placed is rubber tired compaction. The rear mount track fillers on the market today use liqu

id filled steel barrels or a small sheepsfoot to induce compaction. None of these competitors come close to the weight of a 10,000 to 14,000 pound tractor. Without the weight of the tractor the pore space is not compressed out of the moved soil and enduring compaction is not achieved. These lighter weight packing systems are usually followed by a rolling coil or a rolling basket, both of which do nothing more than disguise the failure of those inferior systems to move the correct amount of displaced soil into the track and pack it level with the original field surface. This incomplete job results in the first irrigation with the pivot tower tires running in wet soil just squishing the loosely replaced and poorly compacted soil right back out of the track. TracPacker filled tracks are refilled with only the required amount of soil to fill the tracks back to the level of the field surface. The compaction induced by the rubber tires and the weight of the tractor keep TracPacker filled tracks shallow and stable throughout the year. Pivots that were getting stuck repeatedly now will run in shallower tracks and pulling out stuck towers is a problem that is behind you.
#2) The TracPacker is designed to run in hydraulic float mode, meaning it is a hands off operation as the machine responds to variable field topography and changing track depths on the go. All you do is drive the tractor into the track, lower the machine into the track and drive, with no constant guessing where to drive and no tracks going untreated.

Hey all my TracPacker customers and fans. I was diagnosed with ALS one year ago. It is a terminal neurodegenerative disease. The disease has progressed rapidly in my diaphragm leaving me with chronic shortness of breath and on a ventilator 24-7. We are currently looking for a buyer for the business.
