Today's workout was Dirty 30 Extreme from 21 Day Fix Extreme. Holy toledo Batman! I have never been so excited for the cool down to come! That was tough, but I feel so much better than I did before I got it done. This workout is no joke, but I can't wait to see the results that I will get from it :)

Yesterday was Lower Fix Extreme and this is how I'm feeling today. Thankfully I don't have to work today or it could get ugly! I hope everyone has a wonderful Friday!!

This is my excited face that I got my workout done. Upper fix extreme was on the chart for today and I'm so glad it's over, but I'm also excited for more toned arms as summer is coming up.

They don't call this workout extreme for no reason. There was nothing on me that wanted to get up this morning, but I peeled myself out of bed and I'm so glad that I did. My workout is done and now it's time to get ready for work.

I got my in the mail and I was super excited to try it out so I did and am definitely gonna be feeling that tomorrow. I can't wait to do more of these workouts!! I am soaking up the cool breeze from this fan though!

Today was crazy busy and now I have to go home and do homework. We'll see if I can squeeze in a late night workout or not..

Since graduation is 3 weeks away, I decided to start the 21 day fix so I'll be looking my best come graduation :) one of the best things about this program is the color coded containers that they send you to put your food in :) this morning I had oatmeal with red raspberries (1 yellow, 1 purple) such a great way to learn portion control!

Oh early mornings.. How I loathe thee. But I'm thankful that it's Thursday and my coffee cup is in my hand. We can do this!
