Had a bunch of fun volunteering today at the Rec Center teaching K-1 basketball! 🦉

Junior Tyler Bolaske closed out his 2025 season at DIII Nationals in Spartanburg, South Carolina with a time of 25:18.3, finishing 98th of 291 in the 8k 🦉‼️ 9 of Tyler’s teammates drove down 14 hours to watch him compete! 🧇

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NATIONAL QUALIFIER TYLER BOLASKE‼️‼️Tyler placed 3rd in the East Regional Meet earning him a spot at DIII Nationals on November 22nd in Spartanburg SC🦉 Maggie St John placed 26th and Griffin Urnezis placed 35th both earning themselves medals as well!!🏅🏅🏅 Congrats to all of our 14 owls who competed today!!

Congratulations to our seniors Alana, Sarah, Anna, Sammi, Maggie, and Tyler. Lots of PRs all around and lots of tears, but we are more than ever proud to be owls💜 🦉

Happy Saturday! Today our Owls competed at the Connecticut College invitational‼️ We had many PRs on both our men’s and women’s teams. Shout out to Tyler Bolaske for placing 17/264 in the elite men’s race. And big congratulations to our runners of the meet Jonathan, Rebekah, and Andrew!! LECs on Deck ⏰ Saturday November 1st on our home course!🦉

A new day a new workout! Happy Thursday from most of the Men’s Team!🦉 Today’s workout was a descending ladder on our home course, where in just 2 weeks, we’ll be hosting our LEC Conference Championship‼️ Both our men’s and women’s teams were ranked 1st in the LECs, so we’re working hard and getting ready to sweep for the second year in a row 🧹🧹

Happy Workout Wednesday from most of our Women’s Team‼️ 800 meter repeats at the fairgrounds!!! Big shout out to Coach Dan and Dylan for doing a rep in their jeans👖 Both the men’s and women’s teams are excited and ready for our upcoming invitational this Saturday at Connecticut College!

Happy Sunday! After our long run and lift the Owls went to Green Mountain Orchards in Putney Vermont to go Apple Picking🍎🍏 We are excited, fast, and ready for the Connecticut College invitational next Saturday‼️🦉 Public Service Announcement for the last side: Alyssa is just buff from lifting, there’s no apples.

3 pounds of mac and cheese destroyed. The Owls are fueled and ready for our Keene State home invitational tomorrow🦉‼️

Today our Owls🦉competed at Wesleyan University in Connecticut! This course was the first 6k for our women and first 8k for our men of the season! Lots of PRs all around, great day, great meet, but still lots of work ahead! Congratulations to our runners of the meet Helena and Tyler‼️And big Happy Birthday shout out to Coach Dan!!!!

Today our Owls took an off campus trip to Putney Vermont for long run + creek swimming‼️Getting ready for our race next weekend at Wesleyan University in Connecticut.
