Rouleau's Taekwondo provides a high level of taekwondo training in a family friendly environment.
Our family-friendly school teaches martial arts for sport and self-defence. Taekwondo helps improve focus, strength, flexibility, and self-esteem. Our training is guided by the 5 Taekwondo principles: Courtesy, Integrity, Self-Control, Perseverance and Indomitable Spirit.
