ASG has been teaching gymnastics since 1977. Our mission is to encourage happy and confident students for a lifetime of fitness, fun, and safety.
Our programs are designed to give children an outlet for vigorous exercise and a chance to challenge their courage and sharpen their coordination. Our classes are tailored to fit students of all ages older than 18 months.

✨🤸♀️ Our girls team had an amazing time at the Region 6 Rising Stars Clinic this weekend! 🌟 We had an absolute blast — showing off awesome effort 💪, tons of enthusiasm 🎉, and confidently trying new drills and skills 🙌.
We learned so much and had the best time doing it 🤩 Huge THANK YOU to USA Gymnastics Region 6 and Sterling Gymnastics for hosting such a fun and inspiring event! 💖👏

Huge thanks to the for letting us set up our Mini-Gym! 🤸♂️⚾️ We had a blast flipping, jumping, and tumbling with everyone in the community! 🎉 Big shoutout to our awesome coaches for all their hard work 💪👏 — you crushed it! So fun seeing lots of familiar faces in the stands too 😄❤️

Congratulations Team!
Our boys team competed at NH State Championship last weekend. All team members qualified for USA Gymnastics regionals 🎉
Milo earned 1st all-around level 3 d2
Camden earned 2nd all-around level 3 d2
Anthony earned 2nd all-around level 4 d2
Ryan earned 1st on floor, rings, and high bar.
Great job team! We are proud of all the hard work you’ve put in this year. Keep it up with regionals around the corner.

We are so excited for the coming year and thankful for all the memories and progress we’ve made over the last 2 years.
