What a great Friday at Steve DeMasco’s Shaolin Studios! 👊

Today was packed with training, from private lessons to our Kids Sparring Class and Open Dragons & Teens Class. It was great to see students working hard, building confidence, improving their skills, and having fun on the training floor.

Whether practicing techniques, sparring skills, or preparing for their next rank, everyone brought a positive attitude and great effort to class today.

From private lessons to group classes, the studio was busy all day with students working hard, learning new skills, and taking steps toward their martial arts goals.

A special congratulations to these two ladies on earning their Blue Belt–Green Stripe! 🟦🟩 Their hard work, dedication, and perseverance have paid off, and we are very proud of their accomplishment.

Happy Wednesday, everyone! 👊

What a great day at Steve DeMasco’s Shaolin Studios! From our Tigers, Dragons, Advanced Dragons, Teens, and Adults, everyone came ready to train and give their best effort.

Students spent time working on their forms, techniques, and board breaking while continuing to improve their focus, confidence, and martial arts skills. It was great to see so much hard work, determination, and excitement on the training floor today.

Here is a photo of one of our classes going over our SDSS Life Skills lesson. This week’s rule is Respect. Respect is one of the most important values we teach in martial arts—respect for ourselves, our instructors, our parents, our classmates, and our community.

Our team members did an outstanding job assisting in our Tigers Class, Teens & Adults Advanced Class, and Black Belt Class. From helping students stay focused to demonstrating techniques and leading by example, they played a huge role in making today’s classes a success.

The Student Leadership Team Member Program is about developing confidence, responsibility, and leadership skills, and these students continue to demonstrate those qualities every time they step onto the training floor.

What a great Monday at Steve DeMasco’s Shaolin Studios! 👊

After a long day at school and Field Day activities, our students still came to class ready to train, learn, and have fun. We also welcomed several new students who came in to try classes, making for a very busy and exciting day at the studio!

A big congratulations to Tonya on earning her Yellow Belt! 🟨🥋 This is a great achievement and a reflection of her hard work, dedication, and perseverance. We are proud of her accomplishment and look forward to seeing her continue to grow on her martial arts journey.

A huge thank you to Sensei Dallas for stepping in and teaching our Saturday classes this morning while Master Mark takes some time to rest and recover.

We’d also like to recognize our Student Leadership Team Members who came in early and helped with classes. Your hard work, positive attitudes, and willingness to help our younger students make a big difference and help create a great training environment for everyone.

Most importantly, thank you to all of our students and families. Your support, dedication, and trust mean the world to us. It’s because of you that we have such a strong and welcoming martial arts community.
