If you are on the fence about embarking on your personal fitness journey or you have started down the road to reach your personal fitness goals and you are struggling. DO NOT FRET.
Many of us have gone through the same process. If you experiencing push back from your fellow co-workers, family members, friends etc. etc. DO NOT FRET!
