November 1 was a ANEC- American National Enduro Championship basically in my backyard. I look forward to our local enduro every year and was excited to see how it would be as a national. I didn’t get very many videos from it but that doesn’t mean I didn’t have a good time. I only had one big mistake all day that cost me about 45 seconds or so but otherwise my times each test were pretty good. Still learning enduros but ended up P2 in 250A and 20th overall! Sunday 10/25 took us to Ironman Raceway for a Grand National Cross Country Series. This was my First GNCC of the year as well as my first 3 hour in the PM race. I had a stacked class in 4 stroke A Lites so had no clue where I would end up. I had a decent jump off the start but went way to wide turn one which shuffled me way to the back. The dust was insane, but I tried my best to put in smooth consistent laps. I was on the bike for 3 hours and 33 minutes bringing it in for 10th in class 36th Overall.

Today October 11th was a WFO Promotions race in Geneseo, IL. I got off to a decent start and worked my way into second. After that I had a really fun battle all race with Easton. We exchanged places multiple times bringing it down to the last lap. I was finally able to get my first WFO Promotions Overall Win.

October 4th we went to a WFO promotions race in Colona, IL. I got around a 5/6 place start. I put in some smooth laps working my way to second. Last two laps I pushed trying to get to the leader and came up 15 seconds short. Really happy with my riding lately just need to find a little bit more. P2 on the day.

Sunday 9/20 we had intentions on going to the Ohio GNCC until we talked to some friends and changed our mind. We ended up going to a dist 16 race in Wisconsin at Dyracuse Recreational park put on by Rapid Angels. I had an absolute blast so knew we made the right decision. I was able to get the holeshot and lead the first lap. Boede got around me and pulled a small gap until my arm pump went away. After that I was able to push hard and catch back up. Boede eventually made a mistake which allowed me back around. I was able to get away a little until about halfway through the last lap I had a small fall which allowed just enough time he got back by and ended P2. Had a good day battling with Boede on an awesome sand track! Thanks to my sponsors!

Sunday July 5th was a WFO Promotions Race in Oakford IL. Oakford is a track I have always struggled at some but I went in as ready as I could be. We had a line of 23 AA riders and every one of them is fast. I got off to a really good start and had a lot of fun most of the first lap when most of us kinda rode together. I made a couple mistakes and lost a few positions but settled in around the 8/9 area. Halfway through the last lap I had a small fall and the bike landed on my ankle just right. I knew instantly it wasn’t good. Huge thank you to everyone who stopped and checked on me and especially Chris Huffman who stopped his race to get me back to the pits. I ended up breaking my ankle with surgery later this week. I’ll be impatiently waiting for the all clear to get back out there.
