I am so sorry, friends. I’m having to cancel class this morning as my blood sugar has been dropping radically and just took another unexpected nosedive. Please take some time for yourself today, and I hope to see you all back next week. 💙🙏

A little Be Chill Yoga, impromptu rain shower, and a beautiful sunset. Not a bad way to close out a long day. I will say, my Texas sage told me it was coming, but I may have doubted it. 😉💙🙏

Our favorite Traveling Tree is in Tokyo this week. So, I had to reciprocate with my Traveling Warrior from Peru.
