How To: Gently tilt your hips forward by slightly tucking them under. Activate your lower abs (right around the c section scar area) to help pull the hips into position. This creates the tight squeeze you want to feel with every rep. As you continue, you will also feel your mid and upper abs engage. Just stay focused on form and ex*****on. 🥗 Keep making good food choices so you do not undo your progress. It takes consistent practice, but you’ll do a great job.
