TJ was the first fight of the night and opened up Lone Star Fight League (LSFL) 5 with a bang!

Big performance this past weekend from Darion Jackson at Lone Star Fight League (LSFL) 5, securing the first-round submission win.

That makes it two fights, two wins, and two first-round finishes under the LSFL banner — one by KO and one by submission.

Lone Star Fight League (LSFL) the Middleweight MMA title is currently vacant, and we would love the opportunity to fight for it.

We can also fill more spots on the card between MMA & Kickboxing, our team always shows up, on weight, and win, lose or draw never makes excuses. We’re ready to help make LSFL 6 an epic event!!

Week 1 of Kids & Teens MMA Summer Camp was amazing!

Our campers had a ton of fun while learning valuable martial arts skills and life lessons they can carry with them beyond the mats.

Each day, our students trained in MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Yoga. They also learned the history behind each martial art we practiced, including the countries they came from, why they were developed, and how those lessons still connect to what we do today.

Every day also included a character development session focused on important life skills like focus, confidence, perseverance, accountability, and positive attitude. Our team challenges and camp games were built around those lessons in a fun, challenging, and memorable way.

We wrapped up the week with a camp review, award show, pizza party, and water balloon fight! 🍕🎉💦

Most importantly, our campers made strong friendships, built confidence, and created long-lasting childhood memories.

We still have spots open for Week 2 of our July Summer Camp, happening July 13th–17th!
