Some patterns in our lives didn’t begin with us.
The anxiety. The fear of abandonment. The relationship struggles. The feeling of carrying emotions that don’t fully make sense.

In It Didn’t Start With You, Mark Wolynn explores how unresolved trauma can be passed through generations — silently shaping our thoughts, behaviors, and emotional reactions.

Family Constellations Therapy offers a powerful way to bring those hidden family dynamics into the light. Through this work, many people begin to understand what they’ve been carrying, release emotional burdens, and reconnect with themselves in a deeper way.

Healing is not about blaming the past.
It’s about understanding it — so you can stop repeating it.

You deserve relationships with more peace.
You deserve to feel emotionally free.
You deserve a life that feels truly yours.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in patterns you can’t explain, this work may open a door to healing you didn’t know was possible.

✨ Your story can change.
✨ Your healing can begin with awareness.
✨ And it doesn’t have to start with you for it to end with you.

When we train journalists on safety and self-care mechanisms to report from hostile environments through GJS’s work, we care for the humans behind the cameras to bring the reality of our world. I am always honored to give the hope of healing after traumatic incidents. Please reach out if you need therapy and post-traumatic processing.

When I enrolled in the certification to become a Family Constellations Therapist integrity was an underlying value. While we know that healing our souls is a journey, our Teachers were clear about the fact that we had to heal first before being of service. It’s the right thing to do.
