Wednesday Night Zumba Classes!
We had a lot to celebrate & honor this month! Moms, Nurses, Teachers, our fallen heroes…all while supporting each other and enjoying lots of different Asian-American/Pacific Islander 🌺 vibes in class for AAPI Heritage Month!🪩🌏

Such a great race day this morning at the GoRun 11th Anniversary 5K! 🏃🏻‍♀️

SO incredibly proud of my friends & for finishing their first 5K today!🌟You all did AMAZING! I’m still smiling 🥰👏🏼👏🏼at how great you all did today!! 🌟🏅

Even better, was the chance to have my daughter here & see more running friends for this special, local & sentimental race!

And of course, to lead some Zumba with .vzz after running this race, lol! 🤪🪩
