#2 seed going into Dizzy Dean Distric bracket play!!! Our defense was ️🔒💪🏼💪🏽💪🏾💪🏿🔒only allowing 6 runs scored in Thursday's games but also a combined 24 runs scored.

💥We play tomorrow, Sunday 6/11, at 9 am South Cherokee Park Field 1.

Yesterday started with us finishing 0-2 in pool play but we battled back today in a double-header to win the Training Legends 42 Classic 8U CP Ruby bracket!
For reference, there were 40 teams in the 8U CP division we played in. First, we played against Paulding County Allstars (and the weather) and then SSYS Cyclones. The bats were big tonight featuring in-the-park HRs by #44 Mitchell, #2 Jackson and #1 Gordon. The winning run was driven in by #15 Mackie and scored by #6 LaBrosse. Every single kid had RBIs on the books and, more importantly, had fun! ❤️⚾️💙🚂

These boys battled 8 games in 8 days totaling 101 runs scored. They fought hard in bracket play for the Training Legends Memorial Day tournament but came up just short against the East Side Earthquakes. #29 Bullard had 3 unassisted outs in an inning. #56 Grizzle with a pair of in-the-park HRs, #8 Holman and #2 Jackson both with in-the-park HRs, along with triples and doubles from #6 Labrosse, #42 Bridges, #15 Mackie and #44 Mitchell. They get to rest for a few days and then back to work!

After placing 6 out 8 in pool play yesterday we fought hard this morning but ultimately fell short 16-19 to the 8U Canton Noles. We had some great plays and our bats were on 🔥 including 2 in-the-park homeruns by #15 Mackie & #1 Gordon. We scored 16 runs in today's game which was almost the combined number of runs we totaled yesterday in 2 games. Let keep this Kennesaw Express 8U Allstars 2023 train going!!
