This summer, Fifth Third Stadium had the honor of serving as a training site for 2026 FIFA World Cup participating teams competing in Atlanta.

From preparing the venue to welcoming teams from around the world, this experience would not have been possible without the incredible dedication of our staff, the Department of Event & Venue Management, and our Night Owl student employees.

Thank you to everyone who played a role in making this moment possible. Your commitment, professionalism, and “Whatever It Takes” mentality helped showcase our venue—and our university—on the world stage.
