Our Group Exercise Class Schedule begins today! Come try out some of our new classes, like High Fitness, CORE, and Functional Strength! We've brought back some favorites as well, so we are looking forward to seeing you in class!!

Looking for inspiration to take your workouts to the next level? We've got you covered! Try LES MILLS Functional Strength! We are bringing this amazing program to our schedule this fall so if you are curious and want to give it a try, come check it out on Thursday, August 29th 5:30pm. Get a taste of your new favorite workout!

We have ordered a new heater for the pool. The pool is currently 79°. It will remain open but all classes will be canceled until we get the new heater in. Sorry for the inconvenience.
