Happy Birthday to the man who has never done anything halfway — the one and only Coach T! 🎉🖤❤️
If you’ve spent any amount of time around The Asylum, you already know what coaching looks like for Treston.
It’s going BIG.
It’s pushing kids harder than they think they can go.
It’s expecting more from them because he genuinely believes they’re capable of more.
It’s celebrating their wins like they’re his own — and keeping their heads up through their losses.
It’s also an absolutely unreasonable amount of Monster. 😂
And, of course, it’s starting a match safely in the coach’s corner… and somehow, little by little, scooching farther and farther onto the mat until he is basically wrestling the match right alongside his kid. 🤣
But behind all of the yelling, pacing, mat-creeping and caffeine is a coach who cares deeply about these kids.
Over the years, he’s poured countless hours into them. He’s challenged them, believed in them, held them accountable, picked them back up, and taught them that they are capable of doing hard things.
These pictures span years of coaching, different teams, different mats and a whole lot of kids — but one thing never changes:
Coach T shows up BIG. Every single time.
Happy Birthday, Coach T. 🖤❤️
We hope you spend it exactly how you like it — probably in a wrestling room, Monster in hand, yelling “KEEP WRESTLING!” while standing approximately 14 feet farther onto the mat than you’re supposed to be. 😂
