MOSSA Film Fest is a special quarterly event where presenters lead a live class that’s filmed for instructor trainings around the world and for workouts on the MOSSA On Demand app.

Such a cool opportunity, and so well deserved! We love seeing our instructors share their talent and passion on a bigger stage. We couldn’t be prouder—way to represent!

She’s all about balanced workouts, enjoying both Tabata and scenic running. When she’s not at the gym, you can find her listening to oldies or watching her favorite Asian dramas! Sylvia is a mom of 3 and a proud grandma to “10 1/2 grandkids” which bring her so much joy 🥹❤️

Mara is an incredibly talented Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness guru. From boxing and barbells to BARRE and PiYo, Mara is certified to bring the energy and help you unlock what your body is truly capable of achieving. She is deeply passionate about showing women on how to build serious confidence and a well-balanced lifestyle 🤸🏻‍♀️

When she isn’t busy crushing workouts, she works full time helping others as a caregiver ❤️ For her, caregiving is incredibly rewarding and she wouldn’t trade the opportunity to help others for anything. That same heart and dedication to caring for people shine through every single session she coaches.

✨ Meet Rachel ✨

Rachel joined our team starting at the front desk in 2024 with a pretty incredible backstory as she found her way into fitness through her own recovery journey after a few car accidents. That experience eventually led her to get certified as a trainer in 2025! We are so glad Carrie gave her that start to bring her heart and hustle to our community! 💕

When she isn’t at the gym, she’s likely outdoors taking landscape photos, drawing charcoal portraits, or playing the guitar and ukulele. She also has 2 cats and 1 dog! 🎸✍🏼🐾📸
